The Open Day will be a perfect opportunity to try and understand all the services we are going to offer,\u201d says Health Director Dr. Manela Scaramuzzino.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed activity is based on gentle movement exercises, dry and in water, with a focus on posture, breathing and mobility. The work takes place in\u00a0<strong>thermal water<\/strong>, which, thanks to its temperature and characteristics, promotes muscle relaxation, improves circulation and relieves joint load, offering concrete support for the physical and psychological well-being of pregnant women.<\/p>\n<p>The route takes place\u00a0<strong>in small groups<\/strong>, valuing the dimension of sharing and relationships between the participants. The practice thus also becomes a space for confrontation, trust and mutual support between mothers-to-be who are experiencing the same moment of change.<\/p>\n<p>The course is modular and accessible, suitable for different stages of gestation, unless there are specific medical contraindications.<\/p>\n<p>The Open Day is an opportunity to learn about an activity that transforms water into a space for conscious movement, well-being and sharing.<\/p>\n<p>Free participation.
