Organisation and Management Model (Legislative Decree 231/01)

Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced administrative liability for companies for offences committed in their interest or to their advantage.

Terme di Chianciano S.p.a. has adopted an organisation and management model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01.

This Model reinforces our commitment to internal control, transparency and social responsibility.

Terme di Chianciano's Model 231 consists of:

  • of the Code of Ethics, an integral part of the Model, which defines the values and principles guiding the
  • company's shares;
    a General Part, describing the definition process and the operating rules of the Organisation and Management Model, as well as the mechanisms for its concrete implementation, and which also includes the sanctions system and the Statute of the Supervisory Board;
  • a Special Section, which includes specific details on each category of predicate offence, control measures and information flows.
